Reservation Policy
– Check – In : 15:00.
– Check – Out : 12:00.
– In order for the reservation to be confirmed, an advance payment of 25% of the total reservation amount is required.
-The remaining accommodation balance will be charged upon arrival.
– Prices do not include Climate Resilience Tax which applies from 01/01/24. The price of tax is set at 2.00 € per night per room.
Cancellation Policy:
Below deposit and cancellation policy are in accordance with the laws of Greece (article 8 , law 1652/30-10-1986 , FEK
167Α).
- In case of total cancellation of the reservation or reduction of the length of stay up to 21 days prior to arrival date, the
relevant deposits will be refunded 100%.
- For any cancellation or reduction of the length of stay received after this date, 50% cancellation fee will apply.
The guest is obliged during his stay, to deliver the ID/passport or any official document.
The guest must check -out by 12:00 p.m. on the departure date. Otherwise, he is charged with a 50% of the room’s price
until 18:00 p.m. and finally, in case the guest should stay in the room beyond 18:00 p.m. he will be charged for an extra
day.
In case of any damage caused, the guest is liable for it, and he have to pay before leaving the apartment.
