Residency Policy
- Strictly prohibited the removal of the safety card from the keys.
- Frequency of changing towels (Every 3 days).
- Frequency of changing bed linen. (Every 4 days).
- Smoking inside the room is prohibited.
- The customer is not allowed to host and spend extra. nights on the accommodation without informing the hotel.
- If the property is stolen or destroyed, the customer is automatically charged.
- The things of the rooms are forbidden to be transported outside / The shifting of furniture in the room as well is not allowed.
- The accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage, of any of client’s personal belongings.
- Checking rooms on departure.
Use of Electrical Appliances
For reasons of fire safety, electrical safety and the safe operation of the property, the use of personal cooking or heating appliances inside the rooms, which are not provided by the property, is not permitted.
This includes, but is not limited to, air fryers, electric grills, electric ovens, hot plates, electric fryers, cooking appliances and other high-heat electrical appliances.
Small personal electrical devices, such as chargers, mobile phones, laptops and other similar low-consumption devices, are permitted.
If you are unsure whether a particular electrical appliance may be used, please contact the property management before using it.
This rule forms part of the property’s terms and conditions of stay and operation and is intended to protect our guests, staff and the property.
